Please join us to celebrate local art and cuisine in support of WomenSing!

Established in Orinda in 1965, WomenSing has grown to be amongst the Bay Area's finest ensembles - truly Lamorinda's very own, locally grown choir. Our community's support of WomenSing has helped us bloom and feed the musical souls of the East Bay. Your presence at our live Gala and Auction ensures WomenSing remains sustainable and creative for years to come.

This fun and memorable evening features:

Galen Green Quartet

Jazz quartet featuring saxophone-player, singer-songwriter, and recording artist, Galen Green. Green has performed with world-renowned musicians such as the Temptations, The Four Tops, Tommy Dorsey Orchestra, and Tito Puente, Jr. He has toured nationally and internationally, been featured on studio recordings and major-market commercial advertisements, and played in pit orchestras, cruise ships, circus shows, and bands of just about every style. In 2010, he released his first album of original music, Tiny Weapons, followed by his second album in 2021, So Real.

Chef Carol Gilliland

Chef Gilliland is the Executive Chef of A Loveable Feast, a Bay Area boutique caterer that specializes in creative fare incorporating local ingredients. In addition to providing scrumptious local fare, A Loveable Feast donates ten percent of their proceeds to benefit a local charity, making them extra lovable in our eyes.

Silent Auction

Silent auction items will include beautiful art and jewelry by local artists, amazing gift baskets by WomenSingers, memorable and fun experiences, and of course -- local wines.

There truly will be something for everyone at this inspired event. We thank you for your support and look forward to seeing you on October 15th!
