We’re excited to share with you a new video about our Youth Inspiring Youth program, produced by Bob Wilcox from A Bend in the River Productions. This video includes interviews with Libby Larsen and composers Elizabeth Lim and Joshua Fishbein. Also featured is 7-year-old Quinn Whitlow reciting his award-winning poem Unseen Secretswhich Joshua Fishbein set to music. WomenSing’s artistic director, Martín Benvenuto, provides some history about the program and clips from the 2010 workshop give an interesting look at the creative process where the chorus and composers come together to experiment with the new pieces.
